Monique Brown, our part-time assistant, is a wonderful help in making our practice run smoothly. She has a great smile that is contagious and her enthusiasm makes our patients feel at ease.	Paula Flohr, our office manager, has been in dental management for 21 years. She has taken pride in promoting Lansdowne Dental Care during this last year. She has lived in Loudoun County for 30 years and is excited and enthused about being part of the dental community in her neighborhood. Paula is very patient-oriented, and will always be there for our patients needs.


Our hygienist, Karen Lindberg, is a new member of our staff, but not new to the dental field. She graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1973, and comes to us with 32 years experience. Karen has a wonderful gentle touch. She has a very caring attitude and is sensitive to her patients' needs. Karen lives in the Potomac Station and is excited about serving her community's dental needs.	Mehran Evini, our clinical assistant has been in the dental profession since 1999. He graduated from dental school in Russia and then moved to the United States in 2003. He is fluent in Russian, Farsi and English. Mehran's clinical skills and compassion for his patients make him and excellent assistant and valuable member of our staff.


Janine Chase, one of our hygienist comes to our practice with 23 years of experience. She has a wonderful technique and makes all of her patients feel at ease during their recall appointments.	Kathy Castro, our Patient Coordinator/Clinical Assistant has been in the dental field for 6 years. She is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish fluently. She has a kind, caring manner and makes all of our patients feel very comfortable.
