Meet Our Office

Paula Flohr
Paula Flohr, our office manager has been in dental management for 25 years. Her last 5 years she has taken pride in participating in the growth and change of Lansdowne Dental Care. She has lived in Loudoun County for the 36 years and is very excited and enthused about being part of the dental community in this neighborhood. Paula is a very patient-oriented and will always be there for her patient’s needs.



Jennifer Powers
Jennifer is our assistant office administrator. She will greet you first at each of your visits to our office. She has been with our office for 1 ½ years. Her dental history was as a manager for a pediatric dentist in Mclean for 7 years. Her friendliness and enthusiasm concerning your dental health will make you feel very welcome.



Janine Chase
Janine Chase, our dental hygienist, has been practicing for over 25 years. She has been with our office for 4 of those years. She takes great pride in her work and this is felt by our patients. Her kind and caring manner makes all of our patients feel at ease during their hygiene appointments. She is a very special part of our dental team.



Karen Lindberg
Our hygienist, Karen Lindberg, has been with us for 4 years. She has had 36 years of dental hygiene experience, after graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1973. She has a wonderful gentle touch and caring attitude, with a great sensitivity to our patients needs. She lives in Potomac Station and is excited about serving her community’s dental needs.



Yancie Merlos
Yancie is one of our clinical assistants. Even though she has only been with us for several months, she is a key person in making all our patients feel well taken care during all of their dental procedures. She came to us with 5 years of dental experience. Her excellent people skills and dental knowledge makes all of our patients feel very comfortable. Yancie also speaks fluent Spanish.



Lindsay Munley
Lindsay Munley, our clinical assistant is new to our office, but comes to us with 6 years experience in the dental field. She is a native of this area and loves helping others to feel good. Her friendliness and out-going personality makes our patients feel very comfortable. She is an important part of our team that makes patients loyal to our office.



Thao Barkalow
Thao Barklow is one of our clinical assistants. She has been a loyal staff member for several years and has created a very comfortable space for all our patients. Her wonderful smile and caring attitude helps our office create a warm feeling for all of our patients.
